Mara Newton
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST- OTR/L
Mara Newton holds an M.S. in Occupational Therapy from Walsh University with 5 years of experience. She has worked in both the school system and private practice, bringing a compassionate, play-based approach to therapy. Mara specializes in sensory integration, fine motor development, self-care skills, social and emotional development and supporting children on the autism spectrum.
Nicole Tucker
PHYSICAL THERAPIST- DPT
Nicole Tucker holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy with 16 years of experience in outpatient, acute care, and pediatric settings. She specializes in pediatric physical therapy, with specialized experience working with children with autism, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, and other neurological conditions. She focuses on developing strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and functional gross motor skills while taking a compassionate, individualized approach to each child and family.
Jackie Righetti
PHYSICAL THERAPIST- PT
With over 40 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, Jackie has dedicated much of her career to working in pediatrics. As a mother of four and grandmother of five, she has a genuine love for working with children. Her areas of expertise include treating children with torticollis and developmental delays, as well as addressing gait deviations and general muscle weakness. She also has experience in wound care and treatment.
Betzaida (Betsy) Santos Floran
BILLING / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Betsy brings more than 20 years of customer service experience and four and a half years in pediatric therapy centers to Speech Savvy Therapy Services LLC. Her experience includes roles as a receptionist, Lead Administrator, Scheduler, and Trainer.
She loves helping children and families feel welcomed, supported, and comfortable throughout their therapy journey. Betsy is excited to be part of the Speech Savvy team and looks forward to getting to know each family.
Lori Garner
PSYCHOLOGIST
Lori is a licensed school psychologist with over 25 years experience working with local schools. Lori offers comprehensive psychoeducational evaluation services for children and adolescents to identify barriers to learning and to help determine the best instructional strategies to improve learning outcomes for students.
Areas of expertise include specific learning disabilities, such as dyslexia, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and dual exceptionalities.
